who we are

Fine Arts for Children & Teens (FACT) was founded in 1990 and over the last 18 years, we have grown to serve more than 4,600 youth throughout northern New Mexico during school, after school and on the evenings and weekends. We emphasize reaching underprivileged young people, and program sites include low-income public schools, the county detention center, and our own local community art studio. FACT believes that the arts can help young people gain fundamental academic and social skills, making them more confident and overall better life-long learners.
