More than 4,300 young people participate in FACT's studio, public school, and community outreach programs each year. Our award-winning approach and innovative teaching method inspire youth with a range of art experiences. We welcome all students, regardless of financial circumstance, and can meet site- and population-specific needs.

Youth Mural Program

FACT offers mural-making opportunities throughout the year that connect young people to their community. With support from an organization or business, FACT organizes classes and creates a site-specific mural as a public art piece. FACT mural sites include A Salon, The Lensic Theater, a 950-foot-long community mural that surrounds the Jacob Martinez neighborhood on Santa Fe's Southside, and triangular mural panels that beautify the property of the Zona del Sol Youth and Family Center.

Attention, Creative Teens!

FACT's ACT Team

About the ACT Team
FACT's ACT Team (Attention Creative Teens) is the teen advisory board of FACT, created by a group of middle and high school aged FACT students in order to call attention to the programs FACT has to offer teens in Santa Fe. The ACT Team exists with the goal of impacting more young lives through art by making FACT's programs known to more students and allowing students to determine what their art classes, exhibitions and events look like.  The group works together to determine teen programming, plan exhibitions and events for teens, and work on special projects that recently included creating the decor for the NM Centennial Ball.

Mission Statement
"The ACT team's mission is to help people to become aware of and involved in FACT so that they may become empowered through the arts, and to design projects and workshops that will engage children and youth in the arts in our community."

Help us get our ACT together!!!
